EXECUTIVE BOARD SPECIFIC PLANS OF ACTION

Healthcare Empowerment and Access for Lasallians (HEAL)


Central to holistic development and personal growth, healthcare should be looked after. Different initiatives such as sex education and reproduction health seminars, vaccine awareness, and offering free vaccine administration in the university.

The Lasallian Experience Grant


We recognize that your financial needs vary each term, including transportation, research funds, lodging, and other essentials. This grant adapts with you, ensuring your DLSU experience is truly tailored to your evolving needs.

ID on Wheels: Satellite Government ID Services


Various renewal and applications of Gov-issued IDs will be available to the DLSU community. Agencies that provide IDs and certificates such as National IDs, Passport, Driver's License, etc., and more will be invited to provide services and enable the processing of documents.

Under the Taft Shield: A Secured Campus


This project will enhance the safety of Lasallians in the vicinity of the campus in partnership with the involved offices. Among the initiatives under this project, the university will streamline close communication with the LGU in times of calamities or emergencies.

Green Light Central Program


Green Light Central Program offers commuter links, a dedicated Lasallian transportation space, review on university parking process and spaces, and includes plans to expand P2P and Arrows Express services.

Lasallian Study Space Efficiency Program


This aims to improve our learning environment through three key areas: Learning Spaces Utilization and Expansion, Facility Inspection and Expansion Program Revitalization, and lobbying for a Maximized Study Halls Policy.

A Safe Space for All: Expanding the DLSU Safe Spaces Policy


Expanding the safe spaces policy ensures safety for all students. It includes resources for PWD students, addresses deadnaming, misgendering, and will promote women empowerment within the university.

Institutionalizing Pride Month Activities


Institutionalizing pride month activities fosters LGBTQIA+ inclusion, promoting annual projects like the campus Pride march for Lasallians to embrace diversity fully. With the Legislative Assembly, the USG will assess which initiatives shall be institutionalized.

Safe Lasallian Desk


A student advisory helpdesk that ensures the safety and welfare of Lasallians inside and outside the university. Through this, students can freely get legal advice from the USG on different policies that can be used in cases.

Establishment of The Alliance of Manila Colleges and Universities


An alliance for student safety, united responses, issue consolidation with city government, and townhalls. It shall be made for a stronger stance on safety concerns and national movements within Manila.

EmpowerED: Student Resource Network


EmpowerED seeks to enhance the academic experience of students at DLSU by providing easy access to learning resources through the EduAccess learning hub, expansion of pahiram initiatives, and lobby for a course-required class accommodation form.

Mind Matters


This mental health and well-being program aims to strengthen the support and care initiatives in DLSU with a well-being check-in, mental health subsidy, and by lobbying for a student wellness hub.

Lasallian Kit: Your Student Life Guide


Lasallian Kit is designed to be an all-in-one resource to bridge gaps on university-related processes and information. This aims to provide essential guidance and resources that will support students throughout their university journey.

iNeed Assist Program


The iNeed Assist Program is designed to offer a multi-sectoral support program for students at DLSU. This initiative aims to provide assistance through a variety of channels according to students' preferences.

Boses Mo, Lakas Mo: A Student Insights Initiative


A student insights initiative to empower all students to participate in the decision-making process, programs, and policy efforts of the USG.

Recycle and Raise (Year-long)


An umbrella project encompassing university-wide initiatives such as partnerships with NGOs and a community market. This aids student funding & environmental preservation through waste recycling & promotion of sustainability.

Linkage of Heritage


This project fosters unity among Lasallian schools through exchange programs, promoting connections with diverse Filipino cultures via cultural events and school performances.

Lasalyano, Anong Say Mo?


Empowering Lasallians, this project fosters community-led discussions with leaders from youth organizations and universities, creating avenues for students to engage in national affairs, policies, and cybersecurity camps.

Animo SkillSprint


An umbrella project that aims to enhance student access to practicums, exchanges, and certifications, expanding university partnerships for internships, online programs, and exchange support through an improved database.

Bridging Lasallian Leaders


By collaborating with LSEED and global organizations, this project empowers students through international and local leadership programs. The project will help make the social enterprise projects with select community partners more sustainable.

USG Human Resources Council


A dedicated body responsible for managing and addressing HR matters within the USG to ensure that the organization’s members are supported, their needs are met, and their rights are protected for the good of the university.

Integrated Information Space


A priority initiative by student web developers, the IIS will contain all relevant and pertinent campus information including USG projects, an Integrated University Calendar, Learning Space Reservation System, and more.

Sign it Forward: Empowering Lasallians through Communication


A communications convention centered on Media & Digital literacy with workshops and external partnerships for a rich learning experience partnering with industry experts, real-world insights, and networking opportunities.

Scholars' Enrichment Program (SEP)


By providing essential financial support mechanisms such as the Scholar Card, and actively lobbying for the elimination of weekly surcharge fees, this program is dedicated to closing the financial gaps experienced by our scholar community.

UNIFY: University Finance Inclusion Yield


Streamlining processes and ensuring easy access for students is one of the key priorities of OTREAS. This involves upgrading MLS to a more modern and digitally integrated platform, and by providing flexible financial transaction processes.

Lasallian Economic and Financial (LEAF) Newsletter


OTREAS aims to enhance transparency by ensuring that crucial financial information is readily accessible and shared within the Lasallian community. LEAF entails monthly publication on financial landscape within and outside the university.

A Review on the Qualifications of DLSU's Financial-Aid Scholarships


OTREAS will collaborate with the Office of Admissions & Scholarships to review qualifications for financial-aid scholarships. Aiming to expand aid options, OTREAS will lobby for additional grants to uphold Lasallian education without compromise.
